Eagle Eye Solutions is proud to annouce the creation of it newest Liquor and Nuisance Task Force in the East Oak Lane area of Philadelphia. The Task Force will meet once every few months to review what is happening in the area and work with the community to resolve any liquor and / or nusiance realted issues.

City Council passed  ordinance 060731 for the re-zoning of the property of our client Bridgman's View Tower from a G2 industrial to a C5 commercial clearing the way for the 950 foot tower becoming the highest residential / community retail building in the city.

Carl Engelke testifies before a Hearing of the House Committee on Liquor Control.  Carl Engelke gave testimony to the importance of ACT 39 in helping the Philadelphia Liquor and Nuisance Task Forces fight against problem establishments in the Philadelphia area.  He testified that "...u p until the passage of Act 39 the city had very little recourse in providing relief to the communities surrounding these problem establishments."

Ms. Pahl obtained her Executive MBA from Temple University in 2003 and began www.LisaPahl.com in September 2004. She has over 10 years of experience in media relations, event planning and business development.

Eagle Eye Solutions Plans and Organizes Ceremony and Marker Dedication at Independence Hall.  The Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission made history today by dedicating a blue and yellow historical marker that acknowledges: "Annual public demonstrations for gay and lesbian equality. These peaceful protests and New York's Stonewall riots in 1969 and Pride Parade in 1970, transformed a small national campaign into a civil rights movement." Pennsylvania is the first state to recognize GLBT history through a historical marker program.

Carl Engelke launches Eagle Eye Solutions. After 17 years in government and foreign policy Mr. Engelke has opened his own consulting firm in order to bring his experience and working relationships to new and existing businesses in the Greater Philadelphia Region. Eagle Eye Solutions will focus its efforts on helping new and existing companies in Philadelphia develop or strengthen their government and community relations.

Some of the services offered by Eagle Eye Solutions will include, but are not limited to: eliminating red tape, bureaucracy, and roadblocks commonly encountered by new business developments, coordinating meetings with government and community officials, location scouting, determining the correct permits and licenses needed by each client, and providing leads to a wide variety of attorneys. The firm will also provide event-planning services as well as assist in the resolution of disputes.
